Our Story
The Beginning
A service built on care, community, and a vision much bigger than cleaning.
Click-ACS began in 2024 as Click & Clean, launched from scratch in Port Macquarie with nothing more than hope, ambition, and the determination to build something meaningful for our community.
We started with residential and commercial cleaning and grew organically — one client, one referral, one home at a time.
With 20 years of combined healthcare experience, our founders approached cleaning differently. We understood people. We understood safety. We noticed risks and supported clients with dignity and respect. That care set us apart.
In early 2025, we won the Asuria National Start-Up Award, recognised for our values-driven approach, rapid growth, and a clear vision for becoming a national service provider — a vision we carried from day one.
The Turning Point
The moment everything changed came when an aged care service provider approached us, asking if we could support their clients. They saw the consistency, safety awareness, and human connection in our work — and trusted us to extend that same care to older people.
We said yes.
What followed was far beyond what we expected. Demand grew rapidly. More clients needed support.
Our ability to adapt quickly, systemise our processes, and replicate our high standards across regions allowed us to scale at a pace none of us anticipated.
This is when our service expanded nationally — built on trust, strong systems, and a care-based approach that translated naturally across locations.
The Expansion
From Cleaning to Complete Aged Care Support
Through our work with older clients, we saw clearly that people needed more than a clean home. They needed support with gardens, safe transport, social connection, and in-home assistance delivered with the same warmth and reliability our team had become known for.
